
Zombieland Headshot Fever Arcade Update
Arcade mode DLC, Quest (2022)

The arcade mode was created as part of the final DLC pack for Zombieland Headshot Fever. Featuring a Rogue-like time attack mode, with the new addition of an upgrade shop. It brought a new flavour to the . Alongside the VP of Design (Chuan Liu) I took the mode from concept to release.

Responsibilities:​​

Designed wireframes & UI designs for the new features as well as updating the existing menu layouts. Collaborating with the UI artist to ensure newly created assets are consistent with both the existing interfaces and the wireframe documentation.

Produced a GDD for the new mode, in addition to creating technical & design documentation to aid Code with the new feature implementation.

Balancing the gun upgrades, perks, levels, and bonuses costs, and appearance rates in the shop. As well as setting the values for the resource management system for the mode.

Running regular user tests to observe how the mode flowed as well as to test the balancing across a spectrum of different player abilities.

Assisting the QA team with bug testing, to identify design-related bugs and then fixing them.

Working alongside fellow designers to create new perks exclusive to the arcade mode.

Was in charge of the resource placement e.g bonus hidden TP
